so here's my eventful day.
my 7th period was still a disaster. THEY HAVE GOTTEN MUCH BETTER.. there was a prolonged period of silence while i spoke (at least 15 minutes) which is a FUCKING MIRACLE. i think it might have something to do with the DEAN sitting in the back of the room… but after he left they were still pretty quiet so things are progressing. i think about how i am tackling this situation much like one...

Day 09- Something you’re proud of in the past few...
hmm… i am proud that i haven’t completely freaked the fuck out about being back at work and dealing with all my crazy psychopaths we call “students”…
at this point i normally would have gone home crying at least 3 or 4 times.. but now it rolls off my back and i figure out how to deal with it directly… logically, instead of emotionally.
